Cancer is a sobering reality for too many New Zealanders and their whānau. Dry July raises vital funds to support the comfort, care, and wellbeing of those affected.
Every dollar stays in Aotearoa, helping patients, families, and carers across the country. We're proud to back Cancer Support NZ (home of Look Good Feel Better), Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ, and Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation (PINC & STEEL).

How your fundraising and donations make a difference
The funds raised through Dry July will help improve the comfort, care and wellbeing of New Zealanders affected by cancer. We're proudly supporting Cancer Support NZ (home of Look Good Feel Better), Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ and Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation (PINC & STEEL).
Whether it's access to wellbeing workshops or exercise and rehabilitation programs, all funds raised for Dry July New Zealand stay in New Zealand to benefit cancer patients, their families and carers.
Michelle
Attending Cancer Support NZ’s free Look Good Feel Better programmes helped Michelle regain confidence, feel more like herself, and connect with a supportive community.
Tracey
Joining Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation’s PINC & STEEL classes helped Tracey re-enter the world, rebuild her strength, and regain confidence after completing her cancer treatment.
Doug
After treatment, Doug joined Prostate Cancer Foundation New Zealand’s Prost-FIT programme, improving his physical strength, emotional wellbeing, and connecting with others.
