We are participating in Dry July in memory of loved ones lost to cancer, in support of those affected within our team, whānau and wider communities, and to challenge ourselves to a month off alcohol while raising funds for cancer support services. It is also a chance to focus on our own wellbeing, with benefits such as better sleep, more energy and a healthy reset.
