Why I’m Taking Part
This is my fourth year taking part in Dry July.
I’m giving up alcohol for the month to raise money for cancer support services, and this year I’m also taking a break from social media.
Two years ago I lost my beautiful mum to leukaemia. Taking part in Dry July has become a way for me to honour her while supporting other families going through cancer.
