300km in 31 days? Nah, I'll get it done in 29.

Fundraising target has been reached which is great and I wouldn't have been able to do it without the support of those who helped fundraise for such an important cause, but also my 300km of exercise in July has been reached with three days to spare! Now I can give these bloody legs a rest (for a couple of days).

Once again, thanks to everyone that helped support me this July! Such an important cause to help keep running!

Heading into the last 10 days and things are looking good! With the exception of last Saturday where there was minimal exercise done, on account of being away (granted, my legs could have done with the break), every day has been pretty consistent with only slightly over 72kms left to go!

Week one is down! Just a little over 88kms in 8 days, so things are tracking well enough, the expected average (which I have put as motivation on a day-to-day basis, given the early strain on my legs) continuously decreasing. If there is two things I have learned so far, it is this:
-Never do a lower body workout while you are aiming to do cardio for 31 days straight.
-Deep Heat is criminally underrated as a product.
