Why I’m Taking Part
I'm taking part in Dry July this year as I want to express my support not only for friends and especially family that have suffered from cancer, but for those who will be unfortunate enough to suffer from cancer.
I'm expressing support by doing two things - staying sober this July, which is something I admittedly have struggled with but also by completing '300 in 31', which is exercising for a total of 300km in the 31 days of July.
