Conditions of Entry for the Dry July Panasonic Fridge full of Non-Alcoholic Brands Competition (Competition)

1.These terms and conditions of entry, including information to enter and prize details (Terms), apply to the Competition and entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms.

2.The Promoter is the Dry July New Zealand Trust, CC 48599, 42 Kerkwall Drive, Naenae, Lower Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand 5011(Promoter).

3.The Competition commences at 10.00am NZST on May 7th 2025 and finishes at 5.00 pm NZST on August 8th 2025 (the Competition Period).

4.Entry is open to all New Zealand resident teams participating in the Dry July 2025 campaign (Eligible Entrants).

5.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website/s is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

6.Employees, contractors, suppliers and beneficiary teams of Dry July New Zealand Trust including their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

7.To enter, Eligible Entrants’ must, during the Competition Period, be a registered participant in the Dry July 2025 campaign at www.dryjuly.co.nz able to receive donations in the Competition Period and have raised a minimum of $30 in funds during the Competition Period on their participant page.

8.Once eligible, the participant will receive an entry into the Prize, with each additional $30 on their page giving the participant an additional entry.

9.The number of entries will be rounded down to the nearest whole $30. For example; if the participant page shows $300 they will receive 10 entries, if the participant page shows $320, they will still receive 10 entries.

10. The Prizes will be awarded to Eligible Entrants (Winners) selected by a randomised process at the end of the Competition Period.

11. This is the only way a person can enter the Competition.

12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

13. The Prizes will be one of two Panasonic Fridges stocked with both The Chiller Non-alcoholic drinks and No-Ugly health drinks.

14. Each of the two (2) winners will receive a Panasonic Refrigerator stocked with The Chiller Non- alcoholic drinks and No-Ugly sample packs (see Prize Details below) to a value of $NZD2,400 (Prize), within 2 weeks of completion of the Competition Period.

15. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters pertaining to this offer and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Total Prize value is NZD$4,800.

17. Each Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Winners are responsible for the cost of transport of the Prize to their preferred address.

18. Winners will be notified in writing via email within five (5) business days of being selected. Winners will also be published at www.dryjuly.co.nz for a period of three (3) months.

19. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize within 30 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will then randomly select from all Eligible Entries a new Winner/s.

20. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of, or in connection with, receiving, taking or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

21. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, nor for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, nor for any technical error, nor any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter uses the entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the entrant does not provide this personal information then they will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant including sending the entrant electronic messages, and the Promoter may provide the information to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.

23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Terms and Conditions.

24. The Promoter collects information when people participate in programs, competitions, promotions or other services. The information is used for the purpose of administering the programs, competitions and promotions and for ensuring that the awards and prizes offered are appropriate. The Promoter will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. The Promoter will only provide your personally identifiable information to other individuals or companies when it is necessary in order to provide the product or service you have requested or to complete the competition that you have entered or when it is legally bound to do so. 25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications (including any fringe benefits tax) that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Any tax liability arising, as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.

26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking and/or use of a prize.
