In New Zealand, access to cancer rehabilitation services is critically important, yet variably available. Without funding from the PINC & STEEL Foundation numerous individuals, would not receive critical cancer rehab support.

Bridging the gap to help reduce the burden of cancer and its latent effects on the individual, whānau and community is vital in levelling the playing field, so that recovery and quality of life post cancer treatment are not luxuries, but guaranteed aspects of care across the board. This is why I am taking part in Dry July.
