Why I’m Taking Part
This July, I'm taking part in Dry July with the Wellington Prost-FIT Group to raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand. The Foundation helps fund our weekly Prost-FIT class, allowing men with prostate cancer to access free exercise, education, and peer support in Wellington.
Your donation will help the Foundation continue supporting programmes like ours and make a real difference to the lives of men and families affected by prostate cancer. Thank you for your support.
