I've signed up for Dry July, so I'm going alcohol free for the month!
The reason for joining is twofold; partly as a kickstart to get myself healthier, but mainly due to Mel's cancer journey with Acute Myeloid Leukemia this past year.
It's been one hell of a ride, and she's still not out of the woods yet, but the care and support that we've received from our health professionals and the cancer support services have been invaluable, so this is just one small way of trying to help them back.
