Help people affected by cancer. Read more...
The Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ represents anyone impacted by prostate cancer, advocating on their behalf for improved standards of care, funding NZ-based research, and providing a diverse portfolio of free in-person and remote support services, helping them to not just survive, but thrive.
As a Dry July beneficiary, the 24/7 Counselling Service and Prost-FIT tailored exercise classes are where your support really comes into its own, helping us cater for an exponential growth in support-related calls and Prost-FIT registrations. Blending physical and cognitive activities with shared experiences and camaraderie, Prost-FIT participants report a marked improvement in both their physical and mental health.
“The counselling service I received from the Prostate Cancer Foundation allowed me the time and place to start to come to terms with my disease, it is potentially the most important function for me as a warrior today.” - Bryan Millar (pictured)
By signing up for a Dry July, you will help us ensure no one takes their prostate cancer journey alone.

Important Note
Dry July is a fundraising campaign aimed at challenging social drinkers to change their habits for a month and make some healthy lifestyle changes. We would encourage people to drink responsibly and stick to the recommended daily guidelines for the rest of the year. We advise heavy drinkers or people dependent on alcohol to speak with their GP before signing up to Dry July.
