This year, we've introduced some new options for Dry July, to encourage as many people as possible to get involved. We're calling it Dry(ish) July.

Choose the original 31 day challenge, or this year, have a Dry(ish) July and choose 21 or 14 days.

No matter how long you choose to go dry for, you’ll still be raising vital funds for people affected by cancer, who need us now, more than ever.

Important Note

Dry July is a fundraising campaign aimed at challenging social drinkers to change their habits for a month and make some healthy lifestyle changes. We would encourage people to drink responsibly and stick to the recommended daily guidelines for the rest of the year. We advise heavy drinkers or people dependent on alcohol to speak with their GP before signing up to Dry July.
