Status Update

Day 31 of #DryJuly started with a 4:30am gym session, shower, work, watch the Black Ferns take gold, coffee, and then a green protein smoothie at work. Thank you so much to all who either did or attempted to donate!!!

Status Update

Day 29! It’s been a good process. I think I need to do this quarterly (for only a week or two) just to regularly clean out the system.
Thank you to all who have donated! I am so pleased to have raised over $1000 for those battling cancer! There’s still time to donate if you’re able - perhaps instead of a coffee donate to this cause? Every little bit helps. 😀

Status Update

Day 22. Three weeks down. My eczema has disappeared. I have been going to the gym 5 days per week (trying to get as fit as I can before surgery on my Achilles.) Things seem to be steadying a bit.
I do very much miss cheese. When those cravings start I just remind myself at the end of this I get to go back to whatever I want and those battling cancer continue their fight. Puts things in perspective for me.
