Super Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1-3 handfuls of spinach
- ½ small ripe avocado
- ½ cup milk of choice (soy milk, almond milk, rice milk etc.)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth.
- Enjoy your super greens 🙂

Choc Banana Smoothie (with a twist!)
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- ½ cup milk of choice (soy milk, almond milk, rice milk etc.)
- 1 ½ tbsp raw cacao powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth. Make sure all green speckles have disappeared and all evidence of spinach are gone.
- Enjoy your sneaky greens 🙂

Antioxidant Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut water
- 1 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 6 strawberries
To garnish (optional):
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Dried lavender
- Goji berries
- Red fruit tea mix
Directions:
- Add ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
- Serve between two chilled glasses and garnish as desired.
Tip:
- For an extra boost, add 1 scoop of vanilla protein to make this a great post-workout snack.
