I've celebrated and advocated for overall healthy sobriety and fighting alcohol addiction among youth in Aotearoa for 2 years now, and it remains a constant journey of self-discovery and love.

I've only recently broken my sobriety streak after realising my need to improve my mental, physical and spiritual health - but I will always take part in Dry July and celebrate the greatness of sobriety and moving forward especially when participating in cancer fund raising and awareness! 🍻
